2. Currency

All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

If your PayPal account uses another currency, PayPal may apply a conversion fee. This is controlled by PayPal and not by Retro Handicraft.


3. Payment Processing

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • Once payment is completed, PayPal will send you a confirmation email.

  • You will also receive an order confirmation email from Retro Handicraft.

We do not store your PayPal login or financial information.

  • Your billing address matches what PayPal has on file

  • Your email address is valid for receiving order updates

6. Taxes & Duties

  • Orders shipped within the United States may include applicable taxes (depending on the state), shown at checkout.

  • Import/customs duties for international deliveries (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your payment:

  • We will review your order and assist in resolving any errors

  • Filing a PayPal dispute without contacting us may slow the resolution


8. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be returned to your original PayPal account

  • PayPal’s processing time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on their system
